These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentFlow platform at runagencyos.com and related services (the "Service"), provided by AgentFlow ("AgentFlow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AgentFlow is a business operations platform that may include CRM, pipelines, calendars and booking, messaging, websites, automation, and integrations with third-party providers. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Send spam or unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware or misuse connected third-party accounts.

You are responsible for the content you create, import, and send, and for obtaining any consents required to contact the people in your account.

Third-party services

When you connect a third-party account (such as Zoom or Google), your use of that provider is also governed by the provider's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion.

Subscriptions and billing

Recurring paid plans, if applicable to your account, are billed in advance and renew until canceled. A lifetime plan is paid once and grants access to the purchased tier for as long as AgentFlow operates that lifetime offering; it is not a promise that any specific feature, provider integration, or third-party service will remain unchanged. Usage allowances and capacity limits shown for the purchased tier still apply. Full refunds revoke lifetime access. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future purchases with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your content, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
